The villa has been completely renovated in a style that fuses the contemporary with touches of the Mediterranean and Asia. Many of the furnishings and woodwork have been imported from Bali, with the overall feel of the house being airy, sophisticated and ultimately very welcoming.

• Open plan living and dining room with 42” plasma with SKY TV, surround sound and BluRay DVD player. Central fireplace, comfortable day bed plus solid teak table seating up to 14 people with French Louis XV style chairs and an Eero Aarnio bubble chair.

Located between the village of Santa Gertrudis with its array of shops and restaurants and San Lorenzo, the house is set on three acres of land, with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, farmland, the church of Santa Eulalia in the distance and the sea beyond. The villa is a short drive from the Carretera de San Juan, which is now becoming well known for the wealth of restaurants that run along its length including Bambuddha Grove, Aura, Nagai and Atzaro and the north and north-east beaches of the island are easily accessible.
