The sunsets here are legendary, and guests tend to spend as much time as possible soaking up the sun from dawn till dusk. Central to the action is the large swimming pool, while the upper floor has a covered breakfast/entrance terrace, a large front open terrace and there’s also a large covered terrace on the lower floor. Enjoy one of those famous sunsets from the roof terrace – the villa faces due west so you’ll also be treated to superb country and distant sea views. There’s lots of private parking space and lush gardens, too.

Ibiza Villa Location (Near San Rafael)

This villa is located in the beautiful valley of Benimussa, in an area known as Cana Valenciana. Access from the airport can either be via San Jose or Ibiza Town, both within a 20 minute drive. The nearest town is San Rafael, almost in the centre of the island, with San Antonio to the west and San Jose to the south, all less than a 10 minute drive, while Ibiza town is a 15 minute drive from the villa. Villa Paraiso is ideally located for some of Ibiza’s best beaches, including Cala Jondal, Cala Conta and Cala D’Hort to the south-west, and Las Salinas to the south, all within a 20 minute drive.
